I don't think I am receiving any emails.
If you can't find an email that you were expecting in your inbox, you might need to check your 'Junk' or 'Trash' folders first.
You may also need to check that your account is not set up to forward your emails to another account, such as your student address. You can check this by logging in to webmail and going to Options, enabling the advanced options page, and then Forwarding and Autoreplies.
If there is still no trace of it and you are certain it has been sent successfully to you (and hasn’t bounced back to the sender), then please contact us at email@example.com with as much detail as possible about the email/s in question.
When looking for an email, information such as the Sender Email Address, Subject and the Date/Time it was sent is essential to us when searching the server logs for you, so the more information you can provide, the faster we will be able to find it.
We will do our best to let you know whether it has been sent to you, and if so, where it is.
